Are you a pro at keeping customers happy and thriving? Do you have a sixth sense for what clients need, even before they do? If so, you might just be the Customer Success Manager we’re looking for
What you’ll be up to:
- Be the go-to guru for our US/UK/EMEA customers, ensuring they’re getting the absolute best out of Zocket.
- Build, maintain, and supercharge relationships with clients, making sure they’re always excited to work with us.
- Use your crystal ball (or just good old data) to anticipate customer needs and solve challenges before they even know they have them.
- Drive growth by turning happy customers into loyal brand champions.
- Be a product expert—know Zocket inside out and help customers unlock its full potential.
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of Customer Success experience, ideally in the SaaS space.
- Comfortable working US/UK/EMEA market hours (night owls, this one's for you).
- Stellar communication skills—you're a pro at getting your point across.
- A knack for spotting trends and insights that others might miss.
- A can-do attitude with a passion for making customers smile.
