Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie, Cook, or relevant role
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant certification or degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Basic understanding of health and safety standards in the kitchen
