Senior Manager - Applications DevelopmentWhat can you expect :Recognition – global career advancement opportunitiesAccountability – accountability and ownership of project deliveriesCareer Growth – excellent performance is recognized by career mobilityWhat is in it for you:Standard MMC Salary PackageStandard MMC Colleague BenefitsAn opportunity to join a new and growing teamWe will count on you to:Extensive application AEM knowledge to drive development workBe responsible for developing and driving the timely delivery of projects and software solutions by working with multi-disciplinary teams including Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, Testers, Designers, UX/UI and Business Subject Matter ExpertsWork closely with the AEM team to deliver the project in the best wayFind a balance between working autonomously and within the team to ensure successHave sensible conversations about technical topics through the stack as well as working on technical projects through the entire software delivery lifecycleProvide oversight to ensure requirements are captured and managed, gain consensus from key stakeholders, and ensure they are understood & estimated by the AEM teamWork with Technical Product Managers to define and maintain product roadmapsUnderstand & document business requirements and translate them to IT architects, developers, and testersDrive issue resolution, develop business knowledge and participate in developing technical alternativesRespond quickly in a rapidly changing business environmentResearch and participate in training and stay current on related issues and technologiesUnderstand security, privacy and regulatory requirements affecting your application portfolioDemonstrates a strong ability to anticipate and manage issues, bring authority and influence to the team, and leverage lessons learned from past experienceWork with MMC Technology teams to identify and promote best practicesBe an active member of the MMC Technology community – contribute, collaborate, and learnWhat you need to have:Have at least 9 to 12 years of relevant technical experience in Web technologies , Software Development, AEM, Agile, JAVABE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH DegreeHave extensive experience on service delivery and application delivery process, with hands on experience of at least 6 + years on AEMAEM component developmentWorkflow developmentTag managementIntegration of AEM with other Enterprise applicationsHave good understanding of AEM product suite and Adobe Experience Cloud, including: Analytics, Target, Cloud Manager,etc.Have worked on AEM versions: 6.4 / 6.5Be an expert on integration with third party and other Adobe solutions using RESTful APIsHas very good understanding of advanced dispatcher and CDN caching strategiesHave experience with AEM Multi Site ManagerHave knowledge of technologies like Java tech stack including but not limited to core Java, struts, hibernate, Java Spring, Spring boot, and WebLogic is a plusDevelop subject matter expertise through the development exposure and be able to provide suggestions for improvements /enhancement to the existing jobs.Be familiar with agile development practicesBe able to work independently, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasksBe able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and business colleaguesHave the ability to work in team across multiple projects and multiple geographiesWhat makes you stand out:Have knowledge of processes & development best practices within the team & industryHave excellent communication and presentation skillsHave the ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholdersHave the ability to identify process improvement opportunitiesHave the ability to work with support teams and business colleagues to resolve high-severity incidentsHave strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationshipsHave excellent problem solving skills with innovative and proactive approachIs flexible and has the adaptability to changeAEM Certifications
