Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Siliguri. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, identifying their needs, and providing product information. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, handling order processing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of agricultural products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience in export documentation and logistics is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
