Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge to make recommendations and answer questions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve the customer experience.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle complaints and concerns.
  • Basic computer skills for managing transactions and tracking inventory.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
