Laundry Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Laundry Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with knowledge of laundry services.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless laundry service delivery.
• Handle and process laundry in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of laundry washing, including inventory management and supply chain logistics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Laundry Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of laundry washing processes, including machine operation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
