Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Required Experience- 2+ years

Role Summary

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of Flora Marble to potential clients, architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships, and representing our brand in the luxury segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by visiting architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
  • Regularly visit construction sites and offices to build a strong B2B sales funnel.
  • Conduct product presentations and educate clients on Flora Marble's range of products and luxury positioning.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, follow-ups, deal closure, and after-sales service.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor offerings and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with the showroom and operations team for timely delivery and execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client database.

Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of field sales experience (experience in luxury building materials, marble, tiles, interior products, sanitaryware or real estate preferred).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and project-driven selling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with a luxury-focused clientele.
  • Target-driven with a strong work ethic and willingness to travel frequently across Mumbai and nearby regions.
  • Has to have their own vehicle to travel
  • Self-starter who can work independently and report effectively to sales leadership.
