Role Overview :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our ads vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, driving ad campaign sales, and managing relationships with businesses looking to leverage WhatsApp as a customer engagement channel. This is a high-impact role that will require a strategic mindset, strong sales skills, and in-depth knowledge of digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities :Lead sales efforts for AiSensy's Ads Manager

solution, focusing on acquiring new clients and increasing ad revenue.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the ads vertical, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.Identify and target businesses that can benefit from Click to WhatsApp ad campaigns, driving lead generation and conversion.Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, providing consultative sales support to help them maximize the value of WhatsApp ads.Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve product offerings based on client feedback.Stay informed about the latest trends in digital advertising, especially in the WhatsApp API and ad tech space.Provide accurate sales forecasting, regular reporting, and strategic insights to senior management.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and optimal ad performance for clients.Represent AiSensy at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Experience :

Proven experience (3+ years) in digital advertising sales, social media advertising, or other messaging platform-based ads.Strong understanding of Click to WhatsApp ads, Facebook/Meta ad platforms, and the broader digital marketing landscape.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.Strong business development skills with the ability to identify, target, and close new business opportunities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience in managing client relationships and providing consultative sales.Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines and track performance.Preferred Qualifications :Experience working with clients in industries such as e-commerce, retail, education, and other sectors where CTWA can drive significant engagement.Understanding of WhatsApp Business API solutions and their application in marketing and customer engagement.Knowledge of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and optimizing ad campaigns for ROI.
