Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with organizational objectives.Innovative Sourcing:

Leverage creative sourcing techniques like social media, talent pools, referral programs, and recruitment events to attract diverse talent.Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations.Employer Branding:

Collaborate with HR and Marketing to promote employer branding initiatives and enhance our value proposition in the talent market.Offer Negotiation:

Manage salary and offer negotiations, balancing candidate expectations with organizational goals.Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide the recruitment team, fostering growth and development.Stakeholder Management:

Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.Vendor Relations:

Manage relationships with external agencies and job boards to expand sourcing channels.Data-Driven Hiring:

Utilize recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.Compliance:

Ensure recruitment practices align with employment laws, company policies, and diversity & inclusion standards.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years

of experience in corporate recruitment, with leadership responsibilities.Proven ability to manage recruitment in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as

offer negotiation

and compensation strategies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with

employer branding

and recruitment marketing is a plus.

Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with recruitment tools like

data analytics
