Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Head located in Jaipur. The Area Head will be responsible for leading and managing the operations within the assigned region, ensuring that all goals and targets are met. This includes overseeing sales strategies, client relations, and team performance. The Area Head will also be responsible for developing and implementing regional plans, coordinating with other departments, and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in sales strategies and client relations
  • Ability to develop and implement regional plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry is advantageous
  • Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
