Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a LAP (Loan Against Property) Business Head, located in Jaipur. The LAP Business Head will oversee the development and management of the LAP portfolio, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and managing a team of loan officers to drive business growth.

  • Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Market Analysis skills
  • Knowledge of Loan Against Property products and regulatory guidelines
  • Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
