Ensuring branch productivity, quality underwriting and credit benchmarks are met on a consistent basis

Ensure quality underwriting of Branch
proposals as per the companys underwriting
policies
Ensure proper implementation of companys
credit and operations policies by Branch
operations

Meeting hygiene expectations on quality of files
and dockets submitted by Branch- OTCs and
PDD performance

Ensuring the development and management of
an effective sales team in the Branch
Ensuring team productivity, quality of sourcing
and cross sell income benchmarks are met on
a consistent basis
