Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Rajasthan, India. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage branch staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive the branch's financial goals. Responsibilities include developing local strategies for customer acquisition, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing branch-related administrative tasks, and coordinating with the head office. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, handling customer queries, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch.

Qualifications

  • Experience in branch management, customer relationship management, and team leadership
  • Skills in customer acquisition, local market understanding, and business development
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial operations management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the finance sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the regional market is highly advantageous
