Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Rajasthan, India. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, achieving financial targets, handling customer queries, conducting financial assessments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will also be involved in community engagement and promoting the company's financial products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
- Customer service and relationship management skills
- Financial analysis and risk assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the finance or banking industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
