Service Desk Sr. Specialist

Troubleshooting network connectivity problems (LAN, WAN, WiFi).
Support applications (Outlook, printing, scanning, etc.).
Hardware support (Printers, MFPs, desk phones, etc.)
Installation and configuration of a company’s hardware operating systems and applications.
Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience with a good understanding of Networking, Active Directory, and Windows, prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent English proficiency.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and presentation skills.
