WHAT YOU'LL DO


The Service Desk Analyst/Associate will primarily be the first point of contact for internal & external users facing issues or inquiries related to Procurement and Payables.

The primary goal will be to resolve issues efficiently, contribute to improving our procurement processes, and ensure the smooth operation of payable activities.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of procurement and financial processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.


  • Provide first-level support for any inquiries or issues related to procurement and payables.
  • Record, track, and resolve service desk tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement and Finance departments to enhance procurement strategies and payable operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for procurement and payable processes and procedures.
  • Train and guide users on procurement and payable systems and practices.
  • Participate in the implementation of Service Desk software solutions.
  • Generate reports and insights on procurement and payable activities for senior management.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience preferably in a service desk role preferably in a finance or procurement function
  • Experience of managing SLA and performance for support
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills with experience of managing multi geographies across time-zones
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint),
  • Proficiency in Purchase-to-pay tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Proficiency in HelpDesk ticketing software (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira etc.)
