We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Area Sales Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies directly to clients within your designated market. Your goal will be to provide valuable insurance solutions tailored to meet the financial security needs of our customers.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, including coverage, benefits, and exclusions.Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients, ensuring their financial security and peace of mind.Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure ongoing satisfaction.Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and legislative changes affecting insurance sales.Qualifications:Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving or exceeding targets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.Knowledge of life insurance products and services preferred.Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Relevant insurance licenses and certifications (if required by state regulations).Benefits:Fast Track promotion with quarterly assessment.Moving to team handling role within 3 months if meeting sales targets.Very High and lucrative Incentive structure.Fix CTC along with fix Conveyance.Comprehensive training and ongoing support to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.Opportunity for career advancement and professional development within a reputable insurance organization.Flexible work schedule and autonomy to manage your own sales territory.Application Instructions:
