Techno Commercial Direct Sales Manager

Years of experience: 5+ years

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore

1. Need to have a basic understanding of Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2 Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, One Drive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions

2. Bring new customers on board & maintain relationships with the existing client for more business. Sending an email of company product details

3. Understand customer requirements & bring business needs

4. Co-ordinate with other Teams & management teams to deliver & meet customer expectations.

5. Act as a bridge for communication between the Tech Team & Management.

6. Coordinate with internal sales personnel for Appointment & maximize sales opportunity.

7. Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.

8. Drive & manage sales & marketing campaigns with Inside team.

Qualifications and Experience:

- BE, B Tech, IT Bachelor's degree experience

- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of progressive experience in Direct Sales (SME)roles.

- Proven experience in Direct Sales (SME)

- Strong Knowledge of Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2 Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, One Drive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to team management.
