Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle for SMB clients. This role combines prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals, making you directly responsible for revenue generation and market expansion in the SMB segment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentResearch and identify potential SMB clients across key verticalsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesExecute multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, phone)Create compelling business cases showing AI automation valueOrganize and conduct product demos and presentationsSales ExecutionOwn the full sales cycle from prospect to closeConduct needs analysis and solution mapping sessionsPresent pricing proposals and negotiate contractsMeet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targetsMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in CRMAccount ManagementEnsure successful customer onboarding and initial adoptionIdentify upsell opportunities within existing accountsGather and document customer success storiesBuild long-term relationships with key decision-makersDrive contract renewals and account expansion
Required Qualifications2-4 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaSProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotasExperience selling to SMB segment with deal sizes of ₹5-50 lakhsStrong understanding of SMB challenges and growth strategiesExcellence in consultative selling and relationship buildingProficiency in sales tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms)Outstanding communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with excellent time management abilities
Preferred QualificationsExperience selling AI, automation, or workflow solutionsUnderstanding of API integration and technical conceptsKnowledge of no-code/low-code platformsExperience with ROI calculation and business case developmentFamiliarity with the Indian SMB technology market
