Channel Manager-Strategic Alliance-MFD

What you will Do?
•As a part of the Alliances team you will be responsible for developing & managing the key accounts for the company with National Distributors.
•Effective and productive engagement with the Partners.
•Achieve the Gross Sales and Net Sales Budget for the required channel.
•Responsible for on boarding of Axis Mutual Fund and Alternate Investment product ideas at the desired counters.
•Ensure high productivity for the channel through sales of high margin products.
•Providing insights to the Pan India Sales team on Product level tie ups and industry trends, business forecasting with key accounts and working around the Annual Sales budgets.
•Provide Product presentations, effective delivery of product positioning to desired counters.
•Engage & effectively utilize the Fund Managers for local market visits.
•Monitoring the MIS reports in order to understand the progress and address the gaps if any.
•Effective implementation of any marketing initiatives & monitoring the progress.
•Stay on top of market dynamics and emerging trends and work closely with the sales team to understand the requirement.
•Managing campaigns and contests, negotiation of commercials, reward n recognition activities.
•Spearheading product launches and strategies for Axis MF schemes (During NFO, Communications, Pricing and Expenses) and providing a high level of service delivery
•Liaising closely with Investment/product team to develop and manage various products presentations.
•Handling engagements in terms of the operational/product related queries.

•Postgraduate with 10 to 12 years of experience
•NISM VA & XXI A certified
•Preferably, experienced professional from Asset Management Companies (Mutual Fund), PMS Houses, Distribution Houses
•Have existing distributor relationships
•Good communication skills & an excellent understanding of the financial industry
•Effective relationship management skills to be able to address partnership needs
•Good understanding of debt/ equity and mutual funds
•Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial skills
•Deep understanding of the products and key business parameters
•Open to local commute and outstation travel if required
