Position : Inside Sales Executive
Minimum Experience : 2-4 years
Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, target driven and well-spoken Customer Success Executive to join our sales team. As a crucial role player, you will be responsible for driving the business growth by hunting and pursuing new sales opportunities in the Indian Market.
Responsibilities:
• Communicating with potential customers/partners, through outbound calls, email/LinkedIn campaigns.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email and follow ups.
• Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Field Sales Team.
• Keeping up with product & service information and updates.
• Analyze market feedback and provide insights.
• Creating & maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Travel: Should be prepared for regular travel to attend conferences and participate in business development activities.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline, and achievements.
Requirement:
• Experience: 2 to 4 Years in B2B Services Selling.
• Education: Graduation + MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technology Understanding: Basic understanding of ERP, Cloud, and business intelligence concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Organized and ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listener.
• Target Driven.
