Position Overview

We are hiring a Data Extraction Expert to support our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The role involves retrieving, validating, and organizing data from multiple healthcare systems such as payer portals, clearinghouses, and practice management/EMR systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in extracting data with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract data from payer portals, clearinghouses, EMR/PMS systems, and third-party tools.
  • Download and organize EOBs, ERA files, denial reports, claim status, and payment data.
  • Validate accuracy of extracted data against system records.
  • Maintain structured logs of all data extraction activities for audit/compliance.
  • Provide timely support to RCM operations teams (Payment Posting, AR Calling, Denials, Charge Entry) by sharing extracted data.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and strict data security while handling PHI/PII.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in data extraction within Healthcare RCM.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and handling large datasets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data confidentiality.
