Position: Channel Sales Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Channel Sales Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive the growth of electric mobility solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the distribution network, building strong relationships with dealers and channel partners, and identifying new business opportunities. Your efforts will contribute directly to the growth of the electric vehicle sector, while promoting a sustainable and eco-friendly future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand market reach.- Oversee operations, address issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner success.- Collaborate with retail finance companies to establish advantageous terms for dealers.- Work closely with marketing, product development, and after-sales teams to execute sales initiatives.- Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging markets for EV products and battery technology.- Train and support channel partners, enhancing their product knowledge and sales capabilities.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Job Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or similar postgraduate degree is a plus.- Skills:- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to relocate as required.- Ability to travel for dealer visits and market expansion.- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and passion for renewable energy and electric vehicles.

Bonus Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or dealer management.
