About the Role

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager / Sr Sales Manager - PV Projects at Orb Energy.As a Sales Manager - PV Projects, you will manage and execute solar projects, focusing on sales and business development in the Commercial and Industrial Segments in Kurnool, Anantapur, and Nandyal.This role is located in Kurnool, Anantapur, and Nandyal.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing marketsPartner with Channel Partners to identify and prospect new leads of MSME/ SME'sClose the leads for a successful completion of Targets

QualificationsPrior experience 3-5 years in sales and business development selling Solar PV to Commercial & Industrial Segment in MumbaiStrong knowledge of photovoltaic systems and solar energy solutions to SME/ MSME'sExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customersProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamDegree in business, engineering, or a related fieldThe ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
