Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through strategic transformations, process improvements, and organizational change. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and pain points.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and change management initiatives.
  • Monitor progress, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide expert guidance on technology adoption, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in organizational transformation, change management, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Experience working with multinational clients.
  • Knowledge of Belgian business regulations and cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in French or Dutch.

Requirements
Let's delve into your profile: Accumulated 7-12 years of pertinent experience, with a focus on client-facing consulting. Demonstrated passion and a successful track record in spearheading HR Transformations, achieving sustainable high impacts. A dedicated project manager adept at defining scopes and budgets, writing proposals, resource management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and status reporting. Possessing a commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into projects. Solid affinity and understanding of technology and its transformative impact on contemporary work methods. Experience and interest in transformation activities, including developing communication materials, delivering training, conducting stakeholder assessments, and facilitating workshops. Essential proficiency in English and proficiency in Dutch and/or French
