Prepare weekly/quarterly/annual strategic reports for the senior management within tight deadlines.

Oversee work-stream and lead the preparation/presentation of work-products.

Supporting on implementation of solutions in multiple improvement initiatives

Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, and validate findings.

Identify trends, patterns (qualitative and quantitative) and derive actionable insights to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to build and analyze complex models and business cases.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to handle senior management (CXOs) of the organization.

Able to thrive in relatively unstructured situations.

Ideally, you'll also have Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications - Applicants must possess the following:

Experience range: 4+ yrs. with at least 2 years in management consulting.

MBA from a premier institute with experience in management consulting role working for Big4/major consulting firms.

Experience of handling clients in IT sector will be preferred. (TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, LTI Mindtree, HCL)

Graduate/Engineering degree.
