Job Description


Embark on a transformative journey with our team as we seek an adept HR Transformation Manager. In this capacity, your responsibilities will encompass the following:

  • Establishing yourself as a reliable consultant for our clients, guiding them through HR function transformations to enhance service efficiency and position HR as a significant player in the business.
  • Leading clients and project teams in evaluating existing HR functions, identifying improvement areas, and implementing recommendations to create a top-notch HR function.
  • Driving business growth through impactful development, including recognizing opportunities, leading bid teams, participating in marketing initiatives, and maintaining an active network.
  • Proactively promoting our HR Transformation mindset and High Impact model in the market.
  • Keeping abreast of HR trends, service delivery models, core processes, and the use of technology in the HR realm.

Requirements

  • Let's delve into your profile:

    • Accumulated 7-12 years of pertinent experience, with a focus on client-facing consulting.
    • Demonstrated passion and a successful track record in spearheading HR Transformations, achieving sustainable high impacts.
    • A dedicated project manager adept at defining scopes and budgets, writing proposals, resource management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and status reporting.
    • Possessing a commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into projects.
    • Solid affinity and understanding of technology and its transformative impact on contemporary work methods.
    • Experience and interest in transformation activities, including developing communication materials, delivering training, conducting stakeholder assessments, and facilitating workshops.
    • Essential proficiency in English and proficiency in Dutch and/or French
