Als Business Development Representative – HR Solutions bist du verantwortlich für den Vertrieb und die Umsetzung von HR-Digitalisierungsprojekten, Recruiting-Services und Digital-HR Schulungsdienstleistungen.

  • Qualifizierung von Leads: Du identifizierst potenzielle Kunden und qualifizierst diese als Verkaufschance
  • Vertrieb und Akquise: Du bist für den gesamten Vertriebsprozess verantwortlich, von der Leadgewinnung bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung
  • Auf- und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen : Du baust Beziehungen zu Unternehmenskunden auf und stehst ihnen kompetent als Sparringpartner zur Seite
  • Marketingkampagnen: Unterstützt durch das Marketingteam gewinnst du im Zuge von LinkedIn oder Email-Kampagnen neue Kunden
  • Projektmanagement: Du führst je nach Background Digitalisierungsprojekte oder Recruitingservices durch und stellst während des gesamten Projektes die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden sicher
  • Marktforschung: Du verfolgst Trends im HR-Bereich und identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

Requirements
  • Bachelor oder Master in Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie, Personalmanagement, gerne aber auch im Bereich Informatik oder Data Science
  • Du konntest bereits mindestens 5 Jahre B2B Neukundengewinnungserfahrung sammeln – in einer Personalvermittlung, im HR-Technologie Sales oder in einer Unternehmensberatung mit Business Development Verantwortung für HR-Transformation Accounts
  • Du bist abschluss- und präsentationsstark. Durch deine Überzeugungskraft und dein Verhandlungsgeschick ist es ein leichtes für dich, in Verhandlungen eine Win-Win Situation zu schaffen und Verträge zum Abschluss zu bringen
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
  • Du bist IT-versiert und begeisterst dich für innovative Technologielösungen im HR Bereich. Indealerweise hast du bereits mit der Zoho-Suite gearbeitet

Requirements
Exceptional German & English language skills are essential. Experience with Zoho CRM or Zoho Recruit is highly advantageous. We value a systematic, precise, and forward-thinking approach to work. Mandatory knowledge of HR and startup environments. Structuring workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity. Revising CVs to ensure they meet our quality standards. Publishing job ads across various platforms to attract top talent. Parsing and managing data to support our HR operations. Executing mailing campaigns to engage with potential candidates. Conducting direct approaches on LinkedIn to connect with prospective candidates.
