Sales Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales. You will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and data to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:- Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.- Develop and manage marketing budgets.- Data-Driven Marketing:- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., RFM analysis, customer segmentation) to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.- Customer Acquisition and Retention:- Develop and execute effective customer acquisition campaigns to attract new customers.- Create loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives to foster long-term relationships.- Brand Management:- Strengthen and maintain the brand identity and positioning across all marketing channels.- Oversee brand guidelines and ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.- Digital Marketing:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).- Track and analyze digital marketing performance to optimize campaigns.- Performance Analysis and Reporting:- Track and measure marketing campaign performance using key metrics.- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a data-driven environment.- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.- Proven ability to analyze data and use insights to inform marketing decisions.- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.- Experience with market research and analysis.- Project management skills.
Additional Information:
- The role may involve working irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.- Travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or client visits.
