We are looking for a highly motivated
AI Presales Intern
to join our team. In this role, you will engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs, design tailored
Generative AI solutions
, and demonstrate how AI can create measurable business value. This position sits at the intersection of
engineering, product, and sales
, offering exposure to both technical solutioning and strategic business conversations.

AI Presales Intern

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Internship (with potential PPO based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather customer requirements and design
  AI-powered solution architectures
  .
• Deliver compelling
  technical demos, workshops, and proofs-of-concept (POCs)
  using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Translate technical concepts into clear,
  business value–focused narratives
  that resonate with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Support enterprise clients in overcoming AI adoption challenges such as
  security, scalability, ROI, and compliance
  .
• Build and maintain
  presales assets
  including reference architectures, demo scripts, pitch decks, and technical documentation.
• Act as a bridge between
  engineering teams and business leaders
  , ensuring alignment and clarity.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with
  Generative AI & LLMs
  (fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering).
• Proficiency in
  Python programming
  (APIs, frameworks, and problem-solving).
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like
  LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs
  .
• Excellent
  communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
  .
• Proven ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong
  demonstration skills
  , with the ability to showcase ROI through real-world use cases.
• High
  IQ & EQ
  : strong curiosity, active listening, and the ability to ask the right questions at the right time.

Preferred/Teachable Skills

• Strategic & Business Acumen
  : understanding of enterprise AI adoption challenges (security, compliance, scalability).
• Solution Architecture & Integration
  : exposure to enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Awareness of
  go-to-market strategies
  and customer enablement practices.
