Experience:

- Sales Experience: Several years (typically 3-8+) of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hearing aids, audiology, or medical devices is often a key requirement.- Team Leadership: Previous experience managing sales teams and distributors in a regional or area role.- B2B Sales: Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales with clinics, hospitals, or audiologists.
