As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with stores, achieving profitability, and ensuring compliance with company processes and directions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned areas, maintain relationships with stores, and achieve profitability through effective retail outlet channel management and development.
  • Ensure that company processes, systems, and directions are followed by retailers, including branding, financials, and ethics.
  • Train and explain the benefits of company products to retail shop owners and key persons.
  • Identify new retailer shop owners who can be added as BC and non-BC stores to sell company products.
  • Manage distributors and ensure timely payments from distributors to super-stockists.


RequirementsEducational Qualifications Any Graduate
Experience 3 to 5 years in cosmetics/beauty/similar industry
