We partner with enterprises across travel, retail, insurance, and technology verticals to accelerate experience-led digital transformation through innovative technologies like cloud, microservices, automation, IoT, and AI.Available Work Locations:- Electronics City Phase 1, Bengaluru, KarnatakaJob Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Adobe Experience Cloud Delivery Leader to drive large-scale digital transformation programs across global clients. This role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Adobe-based solutions including AEM, Adobe Campaign, Target, Analytics, and AEP, while leading cross-functional teams, strengthening Adobe partnership, and ensuring successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Lead delivery of multi-brand, multi-country digital transformation initiatives using Adobe Experience Cloud.- Own end-to-end program execution: discovery, architecture, implementation, and post-go-live stabilization.- Act as the primary interface for clients, managing delivery governance, risk, and issue resolution.- Build and manage distributed teams across geographies (~100+ headcount exposure preferred).- Drive solution architecture, content and commerce platforms, and MarTech personalization strategies.- Strengthen Adobe partnership: business planning, training enablement, co-selling initiatives, and capability building.- Collaborate with sales, presales, and marketing teams to develop winning GTM strategies and proposals.- Ensure SLA adherence, quality metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.- Promote innovation and architectural excellence across Adobe engagements.Required Experience:- 12–20 years of experience in IT Services with at least 5–8 years in Adobe Experience Cloud delivery.- Proven expertise in AEM, Adobe Campaign, Target, Analytics, and AEP.- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), customer journeys, and digital architecture.- Experience leading Adobe Center of Excellence (CoE) or capability teams is highly desirable.- Exposure to creative process optimization, digital asset management (DAM), and multi-brand onboarding.- Experience managing enterprise-grade programs under MSA frameworks.- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Adobe Certified Expert / Architect in AEM, Adobe Campaign, AEP, or Target.- Familiarity with Optimizely, Contentful, and other digital experience platforms is a plus.- Award-winning delivery record or demonstrated contribution to practice-building is a strong advantage.- MCA, B.Tech, or equivalent technical degree.Why Join Us?- Partner with global brands on strategic Adobe transformation initiatives.- Opportunity to build and scale Adobe CoE and influence organizational GTM.- Work in a collaborative, award-winning culture that recognizes innovation and leadership.
