Job Summary: Weare seeking a skilled HR Legal and Compliance Manager to overseeall legal and compliance matters related to human resources withinour organization based in India. The ideal candidate will ensurethat HR policies procedures and practices comply with Indian laborlaws and regulations. They will be responsible for managing legalissues related to employment employee relations and HR operationsensuring alignment with local legal requirements. This role demandsstrong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability tonavigate complex legal landscapes in the Indiancontext.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop implement and maintain HR policies and proceduresto ensure compliance with Indian labor laws regulations andstatutory requirements.
  • Stay abreast ofchanges in Indian employment laws and regulations and communicateupdates to relevant stakeholders ensuring timelycompliance.
  • Oversee the drafting and review ofemployment contracts agreements and other HRrelated documentsensuring compliance with Indian laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Masters/ Bachelors degree in HR/Labour LawHuman Resources Business Administration or related field;additional qualifications such as LLB or LLM preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR legal andcompliance roles in India preferably in a multinational or largeIndian organization.
  • Indepth knowledge ofIndian labor laws regulations and statutory requirements with atrack record of ensuring compliance in HR practices.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmakingskills with the ability to interpret and apply complex legalrequirements in the Indian context.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levelswithin the organization.
  • Experience inhandling legal issues related to employment employee relations andHR operations in India including litigation management and disputeresolution.
  • Candidate should have experiencein managing bigger team / Outsourced Vendor.
  • Should have experience in vendor performancereviews and bring in efficiency
