Overview:The HR Adminplays a critical role in supporting the HR department by managingvarious administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations withinthe organization. This position is essential for maintainingemployee records coordinating payroll and benefits administrationand facilitating effective communication between employees and theHR team.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Assist in therecruitment process by posting job openings screening resumes andscheduling interviews
  • Manage HRIS by updatingemployee information running reports and ensuring dataaccuracy
  • Handle employee onboarding bycoordinating orientation sessions and preparing onboardingmaterials
  • Administer payroll by collectingtimesheets calculating wages and processing directdeposits
  • Oversee benefit administration byenrolling new employees processing changes and addressingbenefitsrelated inquiries
  • Maintain employeerecords and ensure compliance with data protectionregulations
  • Support employee relations byaddressing employee queries and providing general HRinformation
  • Assist in organizing employeeevents and initiatives to promote employeeengagement
  • Manage HRrelated documentation suchas employment contracts policy updates and companyhandbooks
  • Handle administrative tasks includingfiling organization and managing office supplies for the HRdepartment
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
  • 12 years of experience in HRadministration or related role
  • Proficiency inHRIS software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strongunderstanding of HR processes and compliancerequirements
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to handlesensitive and confidential information withdiscretion
  • Strong attention to detail and timemanagement skills
  • Knowledge of payroll andbenefit administration processes
  • Ability towork independently and as part of ateam
  • Proactive and adaptable approach tohandling multiple tasks andpriorities
