Compensation and Benefits Analyst

The role will report functionally to Head of Compensation and benefits APAC, and locally to Head of Human Resources Natixis Global Services (India)
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze Compensation and Benefits Trends to propose best C&B practice for APAC
Compile and analyze various market remuneration surveys and benchmark
Advise each country HR on Global and Regional C&B guidelines
Prepare staff remuneration and benefits cost forecast and budget
Support annual compensation review process
Support in benefit and compensation processes and operations across the region
Support other ad-hoc C&B projects
Required Skills:
5 yr + relevant experience
Master or Degree holder of Business, Finance, Statistics, or HR
Solid knowledge of financial industry Comp & Ben topics
Strong data analysis skills and numerical aptitude
Excellent MS Office Skills
Proactive, meticulous and with strong organization skills
Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
