Staffing Account Manager

As a Staffing Manager - Sales, you will play a crucial role in both developing new business relationships and nurturing existing ones. This dual-focused role requires a strategic approach to identifying new opportunities, securing business deals, and managing client accounts to ensure ongoing success and repeat business.
Account Management (Farming):
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Regularly assess client requirements and ensure our service offerings meet their evolving demands.
- Implement client retention strategies to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Business Development (Hunting):
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing industry.
- Develop strategies to approach potential clients and convincingly present our staffing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and recruitment professionals.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled effectively and efficiently.
- Report on sales results and forecast future sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in staffing sales, business development, and account management.
- In-depth understanding of the staffing industry and current market trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
