Job Summary: Looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales professional with 4-5 years of experience in selling building products like Flooring, Decking, and wall paneling products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and expanding market reach within the Indian market.
Initially, as an individual contributor, you will soon build a team in Mumbai Maharashtra and neighboring states to sell through architects, Direct Projects, and Channel SalesKey Responsibilities:
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to Engineered Bamboo products.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and enhance sales in existing ones.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management regularly.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4-5 years of proven sales experience in the wooden flooring and wall paneling industry.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
    • Valid driver’s license.
