We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager who also possesses a strong background in corporate marketing. This role will be pivotal in driving sales growth within designated geographical areas while aligning marketing strategies with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing sales teams, developing marketing campaigns, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Location: Looking for all zones - North, South, East and West


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Management:


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Manage and oversee the sales team within the designated area.

Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to achieve objectives.

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Marketing Strategy:


Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to develop integrated marketing strategies that align with sales objectives.

Execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.

Utilize customer feedback and market research to inform product development and enhancements.

Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product development, operations, and finance to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote products and services.


Team Leadership:


Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.

Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance.

Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.


Skills and Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Solid understanding of corporate marketing strategies and principles.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Additional Requirements:


Willingness to travel within the designated area and occasionally nationally or internationally.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
