Responsibilities:

- Responsible for coordinating activities related to Business Development and Customer Service on clients' accounts- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities- Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts as well as through your own initiative (Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients and Emails)- Setting up meetings for the business counterparts via cold calls and Emails- Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages, to provide a detailed response- Building business relationships with potential clients- Collaborating with your business counterpart to secure, retain, and grow accounts- Doing extensive Market Research on all potential clients- Developing customized targeted sales strategies- Coordinating business generation activities- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients- Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources- Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting

Required Skills:

- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers- Persuasive and goal-oriented- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories- Self-motivated and self-directed- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently- In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry- Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines- Excellent analytical and time-management skills- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
