We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales plans, establishing strong relationships with potential clients, and skilfully negotiating contracts. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and Surpass Revenue Goals: Implement sales plans to meet and exceed established revenue targets.
- Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online marketing.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Contract Negotiation: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills while closing deals and finalizing contracts.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the sales cycle from initiation to successful closure.
- Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest industry developments and trends.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track the sales pipeline to ensure a streamlined and efficient process.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular and comprehensive reports on sales progress to the management team.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in English with a neutral accent (experience in a multinational corporation, outsourcing unit, or export house is a plus).
- Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with internet technologies, with the ability to swiftly adapt to new software and web applications.
- Previous experience in the US and UK IT segment is mandatory.
Minimum Experience: 3 to 10 years
