Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data. The manager will coordinate with the marketing team, provide market feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction through continuous communication and service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategy Development, and Sales Planning
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to achieve targets, manage a sales team, and report on sales performance
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the manufacturing or soldering industry is beneficial
