Key Responsibilities

  1. Delivery Growth & Profitability

  2. Drive delivery channel growth via aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).

  3. Optimize menu, pricing, discounts, and promotions to balance top-line and bottom-line objectives.

  4. Dine-in Growth via Aggregators

  5. Partner with aggregators on campaigns and initiatives to boost dine-in visibility and footfall.

  6. Track campaign effectiveness in generating incremental business.

  7. Aggregator Campaigns & Partnerships

  8. Work closely with aggregator account managers to plan and execute joint campaigns.

  9. Negotiate for visibility boosters and ensure campaigns deliver positive ROI.

  10. Page Hygiene & Content Management

  11. Ensure aggregator pages for all 18 brands remain updated (menu, ratings, reviews, images).

  12. Drive improvement in brand equity and conversions through consistent digital hygiene.

  13. Competition Benchmarking

  14. Monitor competitor pricing, offers, campaigns, and positioning.

  15. Share actionable insights to stay ahead of competition.

  16. Budgeting & ROI

  17. Prepare and manage budgets for aggregator spends and campaigns.

  18. Track returns on investment to ensure sustained profitability.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of food delivery aggregators & dine-in platforms.
  • P&L ownership mindset with strong analytical & commercial acumen.
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills with aggregator partners.
  • Strong multitasking ability across multiple brands.
  • Data-driven approach with focus on ROI.
  • Exposure to digital marketing & consumer analytics preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 47 years of experience in QSR / casual dining / e-commerce / aggregator management.
  • Hands-on experience in managing aggregator partnerships (Swiggy, Zomato, Dineout, etc.) highly desirable.
