The Role: Manager – Institutional Partnerships / Key Account Manage r
We're looking for a relationship-driven, outcomes-oriented professional to anchor our partnerships across the education ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who understands the nuances of India's K–12 school ecosystem, has a heart for purpose-driven education, and thrives on building long-lasting alliances with schools, boards, nonprofits, and learning organizations.
You will lead Curriculture's engagement with educational institutions, shaping how our offerings reach learners across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with K–12 schools (private & public), NGOs, and education boards.
Develop customized partnership models aligned with stakeholders' academic needs and Curriculture's vision.
Lead the end-to-end B2B partnership life cycle: from outreach and presentation to negotiation, onboarding, and account servicing.
Collaborate cross-functionally with curriculum, operations, and program teams to ensure delivery excellence.
Identify new growth opportunities through networks, education events, forums, and channels in the education sector.
Maintain detailed reporting, performance metrics, and insights to guide business strategy.
Represent Curriculture in national-level education events, conferences, and partner convenings.
Who We're Looking For
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Master's in Business Administration, Education, Development Studies, or a related field is a strong advantage.
Experience:
5–8 years of experience in key account management, institutional sales, partnerships, or B2B/B2G roles in the education/EdTech/social impact sector.
Excellent working knowledge of India's schooling systems – ICSE, CBSE, State Boards, and progressive education models.
Prior experience working with nonprofit partners, school groups, or government stakeholders will be beneficial.
Skills & Mindsets:
Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong solution-oriented mindset with commercial acumen.
Ability to handle complexity and balance multiple partner needs.
Comfort with CRM systems, data reporting tools, and working remotely with cross-functional teams.
Passione for education equity, cultural heritage, and character-based learning.
