Job Title: Export-Import Documentation Assistant
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are seeking a fresher Export-Import Documentation Executive for Vikhroli location. The candidate should have strong written and verbal English communication skills and a keen interest in learning shipping and logistics documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and maintain export-import documentation as per company and regulatory requirements.

· Coordinate with internal teams, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents.

· Ensure accuracy of documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL (Bill of Lading), COO (Certificate of Origin), etc.

· Track shipments and update records in a timely manner.

· Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies, if any.

· Maintain filing systems (both electronic and manual) for easy retrieval of records.

· Support the team with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

· Male candidates only.

· Any Graduate

· Staying in Central Suburban of Mumbai

· Fresher – no prior experience required.

· Good command over English (both written and spoken).

· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

· Eager to learn and build a career in shipping & logistics documentation.
