Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review export documents like packing lists, invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- Ensure documents meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with shipping lines and forwarders for transportation and delivery
- Assist with customs clearance by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Maintain records of export transactions and documentation
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Resolve issues related to export documentation
- Prepare reports on shipments and delivery schedules
- Liaise with suppliers and shipping agents
- Monitor market trends and develop strategies to increase export sales
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Import/Export
- Bachelor's degree Any
- Certification from the National Association of Exporters and Importers will be plus
- Experience in international marketing or international sales will be plus
- Good communication and computer skills
- Knowledge of freight forwarding and coordination
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
