**JOB DESCRIPTION**:Import-Export Documentation Executive
**Job Type**: Full-Time
Company: StylGroup
Import-Export Documentation Executive is responsible for managing and organizing all the documentation and paper involved in the import and export process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Handling the preparation and processing of all import and export documentation, including purchase orders, shipping documents, bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices requirement. Also, if there are any additional requirements as per products.
2. Ensuring that all import and export documents are accurately completed and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs agents to ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the country.
4. Coordinating with various departments, such as sales, finance, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of goods and payment.
5. Check the import & exports regulation of new product launched, like checking if license is required, documents, checking relevant HSN codes and duty structure.
6. Checking the export benefits applicable and use the same in the import shipment.
7. Making the documents for Swift Transfer to Suppliers. Co-ordination with bank for payment and documentation for receipt of foreign currencies against exports.
8. The document submission against payment made to supplier for Imports and payment received from customers for exports, to the bank.
9. Maintaining accurate records of all import and export activities, including shipment details, customs clearance, and payment transactions.
10. Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the import or export process.
11. Staying up to date with changes in import and export regulations and advising the company on any changes that may affect their business.
12. Communicating with customers and suppliers to ensure that all import and export documents are in order and that all parties are informed of any changes or issues.
13. requesting the marketing material from the supplier and giving it to concerned department.
14. Have to keep records of Purchase price and prepare pricelist for sales with co-ordination with the management for margin and other details.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 6 - 7 years’ experience as an Export executive or similar role, with a focus on client relations and international coordination
- Fluent English Written and Verbal Communication:
- Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal forms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
- Strong skills in creating, managing, and analyzing data in Excel.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel functions and formulas.
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills and taking on new challenges.
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
**APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS**:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
