Export Import Documentation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Documentation Management**:
- Prepare, manage, and verify all necessary export and import documents such as invoices, shipping bills, purchase orders, and packing lists.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of documentation records for all shipments.
- **Invoice and Purchase Order Handling**:
- Review and process purchase orders and invoices in coordination with the accounts department.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all documents with customs, trade, and regulatory requirements.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**:
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to gather necessary information and documentation for smooth transaction processing.
- Liaise with customs officials, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Requirements**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import-export regulations and ensure all documentation is compliant with international trade standards and local laws.
- Verify and secure all documentation required for customs clearance.
- **Reporting and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain systematic and organized records of all documents, transactions, and shipments.
- Prepare regular status reports on shipments and documentation processes for management.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Documentation Executive in the import-export industry.
- In-depth knowledge of export documentation, invoicing, and purchase order details.
- Familiarity with rice import-export processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant import-export software.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
