**Job Title**: Export-Import Documentation Assistant
**Location**: Vikhroli, Mumbai
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and maintain export-import documentation as per company and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
- Ensure accuracy of documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL (Bill of Lading), COO (Certificate of Origin), etc.
- Track shipments and update records in a timely manner.
- Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies, if any.
- Maintain filing systems (both electronic and manual) for easy retrieval of records.
- Support the team with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Any Graduate
- Staying in Central Suburban of Mumbai
- Fresher - no prior experience required.
- Good command over English (both written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Eager to learn and build a career in shipping & logistics documentation.
