Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, providing product knowledge and training, and reporting market trends. The manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional plans and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, with strong sales strategy and target achievement skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management and account management skills
  • Knowledgeable in agricultural products and technologies, preferably with experience in bio-fertilizers and pesticides
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including product training abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop promotional plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area as required
  • Experience in working with microbial products is a plus
